The psychodrama group is for adults. It is planned to open in February and continue until the end of May. Group sessions will be held on Thursdays between 18:00 - 20:00. Participants will be determined after an interview with the people who apply to the group.

What is psychodrama?
Psychodrama is a group psychotherapy method based on spontaneity, creativity and action. Through psychodrama, participants have the opportunity to reconsider experiences that are important to them. The field of psychodrama is interpersonal relationships and the inner world of the individual. Many subjects such as past or current problems, memories, unfinished business, inner experiences, fantasies, dreams, and fictions that prepare the person for future life can be worked on in psychodrama.
In psychodrama, the psychological dimensions of experiences are examined through staging. Problems are not only talked about, but also various situations that cause conflict in the person are staged and worked on. Participants re-enact experiences that are important to them with the support of the group. In this way, they gain awareness of themselves through the roles they take in the group environment and in interaction with others.
In psychodrama, in addition to the staging of individual experiences, group games are also played that will increase the group's trust in each other, strengthen group unity, and enable participants to gain awareness of their own lives. In this way, participants gain awareness of themselves and their relationships in a safe group environment.
